For those of you who aren’t of a French persuasion, the title of this literally translates as ‘v-e-e-e-r-ry very small’. Yep. That’s our understanding of things. Fortunately, we know a lot more about plants than we do about languages. Even more fortunately, there is a point to all this prevaricating about the privet. We’ve got a new release to share with you! And it’s a TRAY, that’s TRES micro!
As you’ve no doubt guessed, we’re releasing new, smaller micro herb trays that make magnificently mouthwatering mini morsels much more manageable! You can fit up to eight of these petit platters ‘pon our Tray2Grow System. That means it’s even easier to cultivate a wide variety of flavoursome, quick garnishes in usable quantities. If you’ve not micro-herbed as yet we’d implore you to start. Why? Here’s why!

In just a few weeks of growing time you can have a plethora of recipe-enhancing crops packed with completely unique flavours. You simply cannot get hold of such ingredients in regular shops, or even commercially. So, with a smattering micro herbs, your dishes can become truly one-of-a-kind.
There’s a wealth of rarely explored micro herb potential out there. Often the edible plants that would otherwise grow from these seedlings are less than practical for everyday use. But when you harvest them in their infancy you get something uncommonly refreshing and usable.
Take Amaranth for example. The grain or wheat derived from a mature plant is great – if you’ve the time or inclination to harvest and prepare it. Whereas the seedlings of the same offer easy access to earthy, sweet grass-inflected flavours.

with a wealth of unique flavours to explore
It’s not complicated either. Micro herbs are simple to grow and can be cultivated mess-free, making them perfect for indoor gardening.
Our new Mini Micro Herb Trays join their larger cousins and the Micro Herb Training Trays as yet another string to the bow of Tray2Grow. Set up in capillary matting configuration, the system is perfect for bringing along tiny treats such as micro herbs. It provides gentle but consistent watering and (if desired) feeding that is controlled 100% by plant consumption. That’s really important with young plants, as avoiding over- or under- watering can be a delicate balancing act.

with pots, seed trays, planters or grow bags – making it excellent value
Far from just being good for micro herbs the Tray2Grow System offers you any number of ways to cultivate plants – big or small. You can easily adjust the setup for planters, pots, grow bags, or seed trays, as well as the micro herb trays, making it unbeatable value for money.
