9mm In-line Tap.
Compatible with AQUAvalve5 – 9mm pipe and fittings.
9mm in-line taps are a very useful accessory.
They can be inserted in-line just after the connection to your reservoir.
This allows you to turn off the water supply if you need to undertake any maintenance or pause irrigation.
These fittings can also be added to the end of a pipe run so that now and again you can open the tap and allow the lines to be flushed.
Doing this will remove any sediment or lime scale build-up that might otherwise occur over time.
Flushing the pipework only takes a couple of minutes and, if performed every couple of weeks, benefits flow and function greatly.

The taps would not turn and appeared to be frozen at the time of manufacture. I have spoken already about this.

The tap is too tight to turn on/off. It does work but I need gloves to grip it strong enough to turn. My wife (who I bought the system for) cannot turn them on or off.

When upgrading from 6mm to 9mm I purchased one In-line Tap.
This year when setting-up my Auto-Pot system I found the Tap had developed a pin hole leak somehow, so I had to purchase another, in act a couple, just in case this happens again.
