Cards on the table, it’s possibly our proudest achievement (outside of an AutoPot!) We are delighted to formally announce that a wide range of our automatic plant watering systems have attained Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) Endorsed status.
Is this a big deal for AutoPot growers? Well, just a bit, when you consider what a validation it is for your watering system of choice. Ours are the only automatic plant watering systems endorsed by the RHS. As they are gravity-fed, power-free, and zero-waste, the RHS deemed that AutoPot Watering Systems could really work wonders in terms of sustainability and accessibility. In the words of Cathy Snow, RHS Licensing Manager:
“These systems are not only good for the environment but cost-saving and highly efficient – big pluses for both gardeners and the RHS. They also support making gardening accessible to all, whether in a greenhouse or on a patio, balcony or allotment. All of which adds up to a wonderful growing and sustainability story that we are delighted to support.”
Having an endorsement from such a trusted, go-to authority as the RHS will help us immeasurably in getting more people into gardening. It’ll also connect us with established growers and turn them on to our methods of plant watering and feeding.
The experience of all those growers will feed back into what we do. Potentially this means some very exciting developments in the future, based on the work of an even wider and more diverse cross-section of gardeners.
The even bigger picture here is to employ our expertise in sustainable gardening solutions to support and enhance the RHS’s own aims, such as promoting water conservation, sustainable practices, and greater opportunities to get growing.
Our staff and our existing family of growers have done a superb job of conveying the potential of our watering systems in a clear yet evocative way. In many ways the RHS’ recognition is also an endorsement of their skill and dedication. For that we’d like to offer our profuse thanks.
The AutoPot ‘RHS Collection’ is available now at a wide range of outlets. To our trusty base of specialist garden stores we’ve added dozens of garden centres and a host of partner wholesalers operating out of multiple countries throughout Europe and worldwide.
The RHS logo and endorsement will be highlighted on packaging, online and on our literature over the coming months, as demand from gardeners starts to ramp up ahead of the spring planting period.
