AQUAbox Straight

Description

Perfect for narrow raised beds, planters, and allotment plots, the AQUAbox Straight is placed directly in the ground and distributes water and nutrient to the surrounding soil using buried capillary matting.

As it requires no electricity, pumps, timers, or running water, AQUAbox is completely fuss-free to install and run. The Straight ensures your plants are watered power-free for days or weeks at a time, making it the ideal low maintenance irrigation solution for weekends away, holidays or year-round watering.

A connection to a reservoir is all that is needed. Water from your reservoir is simply supplied by gravity to the AQUAbox. Inside the AQUAbox sits the AQUAvalve, our patented, double-float-valve water control device. The AQUAvalve meters out water to the capillary matting as and when required.

As the capillary matting is buried beneath the soil and directly feeds plant roots, less of your water supply evaporates before it reaches the plants, making AQUAbox an incredibly efficient means of irrigation.

AQUAbox Straight can be set up with a single strip of capillary matting running in one direction. Alternatively the strip can be cut in two with each strip fitted either side of the AQUAbox, so that they run out in opposite directions. AQUAbox Straight will irrigate an area up to 1.2m in length.
