If you’re up for an automatic plant watering system then the chances are you’d ideally like to see it ‘in the flesh’, in store, and size it up.
Viewing online is great for understanding all the potential functions and features, the methods to try and the results you can expect. Web browsing allows you to get hold of pretty much any part you need, when you need it, and source all the back-up info required for successful growing.
But when it comes to decision time on a full system, nothing quite compares to admiring your heart’s desire I.R.L. and weighing your options. Without wanting to get too highfalutin about shopping, there is a certain experience to be had in a bricks-and-mortar store that’s hard to replicate elsewhere.

All of which relies on us getting our systems into as many outlets as possible. Enter the AutoPot Rapid Response Retail Unit! ARRRU! Say it out loud and it sounds like the cry of a wolf! Aptly so, given that this svelte grey hunting machine (van) is soon to be coursing the U.K. countryside, tracking potential stockists, supporting physical stores, and helping to introduce AutoPot to ever widening gr-ownership. Some of these things are consistent with natural lupine behaviour.

of automatic watering systems that will truly alter your perspective on plant care
Yes, our brand-advancing, coverage-vanquishing, relevance-enhancing, gallivanting vanguard will soon be on the road, bringing our systems to garden centre owners and buyers near you. Which should mean an even greater spread of stores stocking AutoPot.
As we’ve no truck with a dowdy cart we’ve had the ARRRU specially liveried to show off our systems to best effect – plaudits to Signs Express for their excellent and speedy work on this front. Within, the van has been fitted out with displays and supporting sales materials. Here we can showcase the unique, patented technology that allows our automatic plant watering systems to operate without electricity, pumps, timers, or mains water pressure. Now all that we need is a suitable pilot for this supermachine.

Ideally we’d want someone with an extensive and proven track record in cultivating hugely successful relationships within the garden centre sector. A popular figure, with a vast contact list in horticultural retail, and a deep knowledge of the market. Someone who can use the van to develop business and manage partnerships. As if by coincidence we’ve just hired a Business Development and Partnership Manager who ticks all of these boxes – what are the chances!
You can read more about the latest addition to the AutoPot team here. Keep ‘em peeled for the ARRRU on the highways and byways round your ways and our expanding presence in your local garden centres.
