Shipping Information

Delivery Areas

Orders placed via the online store at autopot.co.uk can only be delivered to U.K. addresses. Unfortunately we do not ship from the online store to Europe or RoW at this time.

We define U.K. as comprising: England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland – including Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Outer Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney, and Channel Islands

Delivery Rates

Delivery rates are calculated by volumetric weight and applied at checkout. Most areas of England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland are subject to ‘Standard U.K.’ delivery rates.

Exceptions include delivery to Scottish Highlands, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Outer Hebrides, Shetland, Orkney, and Channel Islands. For delivery to these postcodes ‘Excess U.K.’ delivery rates are applicable. All excess charges are applied at checkout.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 will usually be dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends or Bank Holidays will be dispatched next-working day.

Orders placed over the Christmas / New Year closing period or other extended holidays will be dispatched on the next-working day after reopening – refer to Checkout for details of closing / reopening.

Dispatch

Allow 3-5 working days for delivery if your order is within the £3.95 (Standard UK) delivery rate.

Allow 3-5 working days for delivery if your order is within the £5.50 (Excess UK) delivery rate.

Allow 3-5 working days for delivery if your order is within the £7.50 (Excess UK) delivery rate.

Allow 1-3 working days for delivery for all other delivery rates.

Above delivery times are estimates only and may vary.

Receiving Your Order

Orders within the £3.95 (Standard UK), £5.50 (Excess UK) or £7.50 (Excess UK) delivery rates are sent by post. You will not receive a courier dispatch notification or tracking on such orders. Depending upon order size you may / may not need to be present to receive such orders.

For all other orders you will receive a courier dispatch notification and/or tracking notification. You may need to be present to receive such orders – please refer to courier dispatch notification and/or tracking notification for details. It is the customers responsibility to manage delivery preferences and to be present for delivery if necessary.

Packaging

All parcels are dispatched in plain packaging. Depending upon your order the contents may or may not be colour-boxed within the plain packaging.

Out Of Stock Products

If a product that you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you directly via telephone or email. We will ask you whether you wish to cancel the order and receive a full refund or wait until such time as the product is in stock, whereupon we will it dispatch to you. If there is no response and we do not hear back from you within 14 days we will issue you a full refund.

Partially Out Of Stock Orders

In the event that only part of your order is out of stock we will contact you directly via telephone or email. We will ask you whether you wish to:

  • Have the in-stock items dispatched and await a second dispatch of the out of stock items. (In this instance out of stock items are dispatched at no extra delivery charge to the customer)

Or

  • Wait until all items are in stock before dispatch of the complete order

Or

  • Cancel all/part of the order and receive a refund

In the event of part of your order being out of stock, no part of your order will be dispatched until we have confirmed your preference (above). If there is no answer and we do not hear back from you within 14 days we will issue you a full refund for the entire order.

If you have not received your order within 5 working days, please contact us via 01276 534 900. You may need to provide your order number.

Alternatively please get in touch via mail@autopot.co.uk and provide your name, order number and order date.

Damaged / Faulty Goods

We take every care to ensure that orders are securely packaged using sturdy materials. In the event that your order has been damaged during transit, please refer to our Returns Policy.

Returns Policy

Unwanted Goods

Changed your mind about an order that you’ve received? Get in touch with us on 01276 534 900 or via mail@autopot.co.uk within 14 days of receipt and we will instruct you on how to return your Unwanted Goods to us.

We may require your name, order number, address, and date of purchase in order to deal with with your enquiry.

Unwanted Goods must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in saleable condition within 28 days of your order being placed to be eligible for refund. Please package Unwanted Goods properly using strong materials.

Unwanted Goods that are damaged in return transit may not be eligible for a refund. The safe return transit of Unwanted Goods is wholly the responsibility of the customer – including the full the cost of return transit.

Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Goods

In the event that an order from autopot.co.uk arrives in damaged condition, is faulty, or is incorrect please contact us via mail@autopot.co.uk or on 01276 534 900 within 14 days informing us of the problem.

We may require your name, order number, address, and date of purchase in order to deal with with your enquiry. We will discuss your options which may include returning your order for a refund / replacement. You may be required to provide photographic evidence of any damage or a fault at this point. We may or may not require the return of Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Goods.

Do not return Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Goods until you have contacted us. You will need to agree the return and agree cost of return shipping with our team. If you do not agree the return or the costs involved you may not be eligible for a refund on the goods, a replacement, the order, or the cost of return shipping.

If we request the return of Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Goods they must be sent by the customer within 28 days of the original order being placed. All goods should be securely packaged and returned in their entirety.

  • Damaged Goods goods must be returned unused
  • Faulty Goods must be returned in their entirety (or as completely as is possible)
  • Incorrect Goods must be returned unused, in saleable condition, in their original packaging

Provided that these conditions are met, returned Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Goods will be eligible for a full refund including delivery charges or a replacement (dispatched with free delivery).

In the event that Damaged / Faulty / Incorrect Goods are returned as required, we will refund the cost of return shipping (from the customer to AutoPot) – but only provided that you have agreed such costs with us in advance (see above).

We reserve the right to test returned Faulty Goods and withhold any refunds / replacements if we deem that the claimed fault is invalid.

Faulty Goods – Warranty Returns

If you’ve purchased an item from autopot.co.uk that is faulty and that includes warranty cover you may be eligible for a refund / replacement. The extent of cover in terms of duration and protection will depend on the product and its associated warranty.

For Warranty Returns please contact us via mail@autopot.co.uk or on 01276 534 900 within the warranty cover period informing us of the problem.
