The great news is that your existing AutoPot Module trays, pots and lids will fit the new AQUAvalve5, the 9mm fittings, and the 9mm pipe perfectly. We have a full range of 16-9mm fittings to insert into your main feed line wherever you need to reduce gauge for the modules. Best of all; rather than buy a whole new, off-the-peg AQUAvalve5-equipped system you can use our Module Accessory Packs to upgrade your existing modules to 9mm and AQUAvalve5 – NOW!

Not since The A-Team have such fantastic feats of modification been possible. Module Accessory Packs contain absolutely everything you need to convert a module to AQUAvalve5. Let’s get explicit. This means a 16-9mm Tee Connector, a 16-9mm Cross Connector, a 9mm Tee Connector, 1m of 9mm co-extruded pipe, one holiest-of-5mm-inlet-holey-AQUAvalve5, some fresh new root control, and full instructions. All the parts required for a valve-ty smooth transition. For XL SmartPot module owners, or those wishing to convert their plastic pot XL modules to fabric, we even have a Module Accessory Pack including a spanking new 18.9L SmartPot.

At the reservoir end of affairs we also have everything you need in order to switch to the 9mm pipe and fittings required for AQUAvalve5. To recap; AutoPot systems of up to six pots (1Pot XL/XL SmartPot) or up to eight pots (1Pot/easy2grow) run 9mm pipe straight from plastic reservoirs. We’ve got the requisite 9mm Top Hat Grommets, Golf Filters, and In-line Taps available as spares to adapt your reservoir. Newly sold plastic reservoirs are drilled out to accept 9mm pipe and fittings. Your existing plastic reservoirs can be made 9mm/AQUAvalve5 compatible by simply drilling existing pipe entry holes out to a 12.5mm diameter using a step drill.

Larger AutoPot Watering Systems run 16mm pipe from FlexiTank or FlexiTank Pro reservoirs. Such systems branch off and reduce to 9mm where the 16mm pipe arrives at a module. The FlexiTank Filters and Adapters that link the reservoir to the 16mm pipe are unchanged. Only in the event of connecting directly from a FlexiTank to 9mm pipe will you require the new 16mm-9mm Filter and Adapter. And such pipe it is! Name of the game is now co-extruded, metre-marked, AutoPot-Blue pipe in both 9mm and 16mm, available in a variety of lengths.

No stone has been left unturned. Tray Systems, AQUAbox Straights, and AQUAbox Spyders are now drilled out to accept 9mm pipe and fittings. Your existing Tray Systems, AQUAbox Straights, and AQUAbox Spyders can be made 9mm/AQUAvalve5 compatible in exactly the same way as with plastic reservoirs – simply drill existing pipe entry holes out to a 12.5mm diameter using a step drill. Use a 9mm Grommet and 9mm Golf Filter to run 9mm pipe required for AQUAvalve5.

easy2GO and easy2Propagate Complete and Extension Kits have been re-equipped to 9mm/AQUAvalve5 standard. easy2Propagate even has a smart new “elbow bar” to route 9mm pipe effortlessly out of the piping port in the prop lid.

Need to service an existing 6mm AutoPot Watering System? Like our fellow aquatic fans in the Marines we leave no-one behind. The original AQUAvalve, the 6mm pipework and 6mm fittings previously supplied with AutoPot Watering Systems are still available as spares, as are 16mm-6mm fittings.
